Launchpad group for ubuntu servers

I spoke with Scott Kitterman on IRC briefly about this, and he stated that
he thinks the existing server test cases might do what you are already
suggesting.  Did you check all the testcases that exist in order to see
whether they actually do the kinds of tests you're describing?
