lost my login

Please help me. I am new here. I lost my login info. It will not take the info supplied on your email sent to me. Name is Tom Stilwell.  email stilwell_tom at yahoo.com   pw deerfield    

also I changed fromm windows vista 32bit to Ubuntu ver 8.10   I am not able to use any of the .exe files is there a patch?   I would like to see a Disk Cleanup feature, I am sure there is one but I am not able to find it.
