Laptop test cases

Hi guys

There's some ambiguity around the test cases for laptops.
1. The laptop testing template (
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/Laptop/Reports/Template) has a link "test
cases" which point to at least some cases (http://testcases.qa.ubuntu.com/)
which are old. E.g. add/remove apps vs software center
2. The other link more specifically in laptop testing (
http://testcases.qa.ubuntu.com/Plans/LaptopTesting) points to a different
set.

I suggest we update the link in the template to point to the link in no 2
where the laptop testing page points to.
