I've joined to contribute in some small way to Ubuntu and open source.  
About me; a self-taught geek.  Too damn proud to actually ever take a
computer class and too stubborn to give up on hardware/software issues
when most other people would have given up.  Lots of late nights with
the user manuals and guides, but I've learned a lot.

Presently using Ubuntu Studio 90% of the time and booting either Windows
7 or Mac OSX Snow Leopard on my Dell 1545.


Just set up my launchpad wiki, correctly I think, and will begin testing
Maverick Meerkat.  Thanks for a great product.
