Thanks, Ara, I have been unable to be present at the meeting(s), due to
work requirements.

QA is a rather important piece of the puzzle, and one usually left aside
by beginners. It does not sound as glamorous as many other tasks. Of
course, until something breaks, or a regression is found. It would be
more benficial for us if people interested could have easy access to it.
Having the ubuntu-qa team moderated -- again, right now -- sounds more
detrimental.

So: (b), certainly. Un-moderate and publish. We also have team
specialisation, and these sub-teams may have more stringent requirements
(like, say, ubuntu-bugcontrol).
