Reporting results of upgrade testing and regression testing

Hey all,
I was wondering about upgrade testing and about reporting the results. I
know you can put bugs up on launchpad but it would be nice to have a
pass and fail system like the iso tracker. 
Also I had some free time to do some regression testing so if someone
would ping me when they have some free time to walk me through it ill do
some testing.
