1. I dont think we have anything like that, you have to install 32bit or
64bit.
2. Thats included on the iso as an option when your booting.
3. You can do that from the iso using what ever virtual machine software
you like. If you want specific Windows Virtual PC compatibility I dont
know but im sure it should work. Actually I think Microsoft's
contribution to the Linux kernel added this.
