Nokia 5530

The disgrace of it all. I went up the mountain to download baptism
photos from a niece's Nokia 5530 phone.  In Kubuntu 10.04, I could load
the driver for digiKam and when she connected via USB, and turned on the
phone, her phone would say it connected. But, the computer could not
connect to the phone.

I had to go to Vista and it automatically detected the phone and loaded
the pictures, then I moved the photos, to Kubuntu.

My problem is, I don't have a phone to work out details for a bug, or
even to make sure I did everything right.

I tell ya', it is rare I can't find a way to do a job in Linux.
