Greetings Charlie and QA Team,
I am also a recent applicant of Ubuntu-QA as you recently found out. I
am known "xq" on Launchpad and on Freenode IRC.
I am a contributor to the Community in multiple ways. Firstly, Launchpad
through the Bug System, Answers Sytems. I also am the team leader for
LoCo U.S. South Carolina.
I also strongly believe that through coordinating efforts we can make
for more efficient processes and help the community as a whole. I run
multiple flavours of Ubuntu. For example, I run Jaunty current (A6 now)
in the Kubuntu flavour and regular Ubuntu (gnome) flavour. I hardly ever
have a V.M. closed. It's just the way I am.
I report bugs, answer questions and help filter these questions (by
tying to bugs, creating bug reports, etc.) on a regular basis. I love to
give back to the community.
Now, I would like to take the next step and more. I have professional
development and QA experience, as well as Internet Marketing experience.
I would like to take another stepping stone in my community involvement
by joining the QA team.
Sincerely,
Craig Huffstetler
