Thanks everyone who has started on this. We now have good list at 
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bugs?field.tag=regression-potential 
which is timely as we approach release.

Many of these are in an early state of triage though. I suggest we do 
some targeted triage of these and add the higher severity ones to the
