QATeam wiki page update

I've updated the UbuntuQA wiki page to redirect to QATeam as the
QATeam has a well-established namespace. I then updated the QATeam
page to incorporate the outlined project overview I presented at
the last QA meeting . Please read over the QATeam page and
comment/complain/critique. In particular, would somebody who doesn't
know about the team find the page useful and understand how Ubuntu QA
relates to the rest of the Ubuntu community landscape?
Also, though I tried to do a decent job of getting the QA Related
Teams table filled in I'm sure it can be significantly improved. For
instance, should Canonical QA be in the list? My understanding is that
it's more for internal use, but would it also be useful for people
outside of Canonical? What about Brainstorm? It has a shiny new IRC
channel but is there a Launchpad team or formal team to it?
Any other suggestions?
