Malone bugs

Here is the list of Malone bugs that are tagged 'ubuntu-qa' per our
discussion in the QA team meeting.  I added my name and a comment where I
either have an opinion on the bug or some other insight.  I also used
moinmoin bullet point formatting just in case.  And I also removed the
tag from 184164 and 194576 as it seemed inappropriate.

5943 - can't search for numbers in Malone
 * bdmurray - I've worked around this and don't know if it is an issue 
for anyone else

30655 - stock replies would be nice
 * bdmurray - I think this too is a low priority as it is well worked
around

43893 - Allow project-/package-specific bug-reporting guidelines
 * bdmurray - ++

49752 - It should be possible to subscribe to an RSS feed of search 
results
 * bdmurray - seems quite useful for finding new apport-crashes about a
package

56630 - Tag changes are not recorded in the activity log
 * bdmurray - I use the mailing list for this and don't know if it
affects anyone else

80243 - Launchpad doesn't understand CUPS bugtracker URLs

81002 - Changing sort order after advanced results forgets any assignee 
value

81692 - Display team emblem on bugs from project contributors
 * bdmurray - we have workarounds but reporters don't see this

85040 - allow attaching previously uploaded blobs (apport-style) to 
existing bugs

130902 - X-Launchpad-Message-Rationale should have Reporter

138696 - bug tags do not appear in e-mail headers
 * bdmurray - ++ useful for more mail filtering

141093 - Bug comment's permalink page should link to bug
 * bdmurray - minor annoyance we could remove it from the list

149913 - Difficult to unsubscribe from a bug report

157410 - Make the +bugs-text view work for people and teams
 * bdmurray - ++

160340 - advanced search should allow to search by date (allowing to 
find outdated bugs)
 * bdmurray - ++ but not for the reason stated

165283 - The +txt listing for a bug is missing mentoring information
 * bdmurray - I seem to recall stgraber and I wanting this for the idea
tracker

174404 - Provide CSV export for bug listings
 * bdmurray - ++ this kills the speediness of bughelper / bugnumbers

176171 - Unable to invalidate linux-source-2.6.24 bug
 * bdmurray - ++

181583 - bug report incorrectly marked for expiry
 * bdmurray - ++

182066 - people / team advanced bug search has no way to filter on 
project or distribution
 * bdmurray - bugnumbers can work around this does it block anyone?

185427 - Convert to question doesn't notify to the reporter

194601 - Mailed bug attachments aren't attached, but in the bug itself
 * bdmurray - ++

194944 - No link for subscribing to a distribution's bug mail
 * bdmurray - it seems unlikely someone would do this but I would like
them to be able to

194957 - Ubuntu Bugs was not subscribed to new bugs about Ubuntu
 * bdmurray - ++

195620 - "I don't know" default produces too many package-less bug 
reports
 * bdmurray - ++ Could somebody confirm it?
