 * Evaluation of the current bug day arrangement.
  * It seems to be going extremely well, with solid community 
participation and good impact on the numbers. In London we decided to 
run two bug days each week for a month or two approaching release. 
Should we make this a permanent arrangement? -- heno
 * Kernel bug migration - are we blocked on 
[https://bugs.launchpad.net/python-launchpad-bugs/+bug/193853 193853]? 
Can we ask LP admins to do this?
 * QA-poll pre-launch coordination
