[Ubuntu-PH] Arguments agains persecution by Microsoft-centric office

If it is true that software can be written to damage your laptop's
LCD, then an "LCD Killer Windows Virus" should have been reported in
the wild long ago. The fact that there's no such virus out there
strongly suggests that this isn't possible.
