Hi, Jerome,


How about news/articles on what's going on with the local Ubuntu
community, who are using Ubuntu (individuals or companies), how they are
implementing Ubuntu, where to go to for Ubuntu-related services (like if
one who is not a techie needs to set-up Ubuntu as a server, etc), where
to get copies of Ubuntu locally, Ubuntu tutorials/tips/techniques/.....

Language?  A mix of English or Tagalog (as much as possible, not
Taglish).  If the writer feels more comfortable writing in Tagalog or
feels that his/her audience are those who have a hard time understanding
English, then by all means, the article should be in Tagalog.
