thanks ealden for the update!

i'm willing to do my share - however small it may be. first thing is my much
overdue "first experience" with ubuntu of course. deadline for myself is not
later than saturday, october 22.

i felt that PLUG was too big for me after i attended the GA. (or maybe
because of my lack of sleep)

i am not new to advocacies and organizing though i am very new to linux,
open source and ubuntu.

i guess in my own little way, i am advocating for linux, open source and
ubuntu by installing it in my small net cafe. i still get mixed reactions
but they are getting used to it and actually liking it. (says that it's
faster than you-know-what)

i don't know if jerome knows about an ICAP (Internet Cafe Association of the
Philippines) meeting/GA. it was said (and this is purely hearsay) that
people from the open source community as well as people from BSA and M$ will
be attending the said meeting.

this is all for now.

what a way to go loco! ;)
