[Ubuntu-PH] newbie pow

A recent article in inq7.net did mentioned the possible massive exodus of "bintana" users to linux if they continue the raidings and increase of licenses.  check this out, eversince they started the raids, MS distributors have reportedly been increasing the price of licenses.  I guess it works for them.  They defended it is just a matter of supply and demand, but who ends up in the losing end?  The users, small internet cafe owners and small business owners.  Enough is enough.

I could help out doing some documentation stuffs for the movement to make it easier for new users to adopt linux (or ubuntu).  

how about we have a "ubuntu partner"? somewhat like a prayer partner :p....you volunteer time and services to help out a new user implement and migrate to ubuntu...just a thought...
