[Ubuntu-PH] Oracle and Runlevel question

Can I install Oracle 9i in ubuntu amd64? is it supported already? 
How do i edit  the runlevel in ubuntu 5.04 so that the hotplug will
not run in startup?

i can't install chix in my PC because it is not supported. unsupported
achitecture daw.. pang i386 lng pla un..
