openstack-installer - Single Installer - what is best way to stop & later restart openstack

In the Single Installer mode all of the OpenStack Services are run in
nested LXC or KVM virtual machines inside the master container --
uoi-bootstap

I've not seen it documented anywhere but just assumed that you can
stop/restart the OpenStack cloud using:

$ sudo lxc-stop -n uoi-bootstrap

then later when I want to restart it:

$ sudo lxc-start -n uoi-bootstrap

is that a correct assumption ?
