Bug description:
  /var/log/ceph/ceph-mon.log reports:

  load: jerasure load: lrc load dlopen(/usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/ceph
  /erasure-code/libec_isa.so): /usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/ceph/erasure-
  code/libec_isa.so: cannot make segment writable for relocation:
  Operation not permitted

  This is fixed in alpine Linux with patch:
  https://git.alpinelinux.org/aports/tree/community/ceph/43-aarch64-erasure.patch
