  Please sync ipset 7.5-1~exp1 (main) from Debian experimental (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * New upstream version, compatible with the new kernel in disco
    * debian/control, debian/libipset13.symbols:
      - updated for the soname change 11 -> 13
    * deian/libipset13.symbols:
      - updated the symbols list
    * New upstream version, compatible with the new kernel in disco
    * debian/control, debian/libipset13.symbols:
      - updated for the soname change 11 -> 13
    * deian/libipset13.symbols:
      - updated the symbols list
    * New upstream version, compatible with the new kernel in disco
