I didn't see any new feature in this version, compared with the version
in Ubuntu the diff seems to be related to bugfixes and new autopkgtests
+ debian packaging cleanups

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * New upstream version, compatible with the new kernel in disco
    * debian/control, debian/libipset13.symbols:
      - updated for the soname change 11 -> 13
    * deian/libipset13.symbols:
      - updated the symbols list
    * New upstream version, compatible with the new kernel in disco
    * debian/control, debian/libipset13.symbols:
      - updated for the soname change 11 -> 13
    * deian/libipset13.symbols:
      - updated the symbols list
    * New upstream version, compatible with the new kernel in disco
