Public bug reported:

As described in bug 1504781 Trusty kernel versions 3.13.0-66 and newer
require an updated LXC package. When deploying Juno with the lxc version
that's currently in the cloud archive (1.1.0~alpha2-0ubuntu3.3),
containers fail to start. This bug was discovered while deploying a
OpenStack bundle with Juju, that installs some of the services in LXC
contains.

** Affects: cloud-archive
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
