[ubuntu-nz] HUAwei mobile broadband on Ubuntu 12.04

Thanks for the effort guys, but no luck so far.
I don't remember ever having seen the 'New Mobile Broadband (GSM)
Connection' message. I have always edited the network-manager and
added it by name and as 'internet' and it appears as a 2 degrees
device.
I have had to kick it in to life a number of times by taking it out
and in but seldom more than once. I just tried multiple times on the
12.04 machine but nothing.

Clearly it should work though. I will try it on yet another machine in
a different location.

I'm using it now on 11.10.
