[ubuntu-nz] Wellington Ubuntu Gathering?

Hi Dan (and all),

I really should look through my filtered emails a bit more .. especially
this one as I'd been landed as the Ubuntu-NZ co-ordinator at some stage.

I'm in two minds about the direction to suggest ..

1/  Would be good to see the WellyLug group grow again and support all
users of Linux (and free software), independant of distro.  Put the effort
into 'rebuilding' regular WellyLug meetings to involve a greater range of
people.

2/  Ignore WellyLug, and focus on an Ubuntu User Group.

I think the biggest Ubuntu gathering I've been to was when maybe 10 of us
from around the country gathered for a photo at LCA in Wellington last
year.

The WellyLug mailing list is certainly more active.

I'm leaning towards get the restart the WellyLug meetings, aiming for a
larger base to start with.
