gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly-multiverse gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad
gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad-multiverse" 

with no success

So does anyone have any idea what has changed in 10..04 and or what
script to run to sort the issue?

yeap DVD's are all store brought and DVD works on the same DVD player
when the PC is booted in XP..
