@Saroj,
As  Abhishek said, since the init magazine is under creative commons
license, you are absolutely free to put it in Wikibooks. But, I sense some
other issues with this. Firstly, I guess Nepali wikibooks is for
books/materials in Nepali language whereas the init magazine is in English.
And, I am not sure if they put magazines in Wikibooks.

Lets hear from others what they have to say about this.

Anyway, it is always great to know that init magazine is so much loved :)
