I'm getting ready to publish UWN in a few hours and would like to
include these results. The minutes and IRC log weren't much help,
could you clarify what these contributors were applying for and who
was approved? As far as I can tell, it's just wgrant for
~ubuntu-core-dev that is announce-worthy but I want to make sure I get
it right :)
