This will be looked into.  Sending email is limited to subscribers and 
administrators can forward mail from non-subscribers.  I'm guessing that 
sometime in the past it was configured for this address to be allowed 
and from then on it was automatically forwarded.  It's just a 
configuration issue and it will be fixed.
