I do agree with the "discussion" part that Matthew mentions but
calling people "dross"? Yikes, what a demotivating way to describe
volunteers-- --given that Ubuntu as a community is very successful
thanks to a large pool of them pitching in at various times.
Also, considering that the existing team of editors were all chosen
and whetted by existing contributors, including canonical
(ex)employees, how would a non-participating unexpired member suddenly
become a security threat to the team? *shrug*
I do intend to renew my membership (unless others object) but wont be
active until gsoc is over.
