Regional Membership Boards: Restaffing

[Efrain Valles]

I would like to know if I am eligible for volunteering. I was working
in the Membership Board of the Americas last year, I decided to resign
and concentrate on the LoCo Council. My term in the Council is up and
I would like to know if I am eligible for the Membership board of the
Americas again.
