Fridge Editors: Permissions fixed! New Privs!

Hi Fridge folks....

Liz asked how to add sub-topics today and it turned out she didn't
have the authority.  "How Odd!" I thought. Everyone should have access
to that.

Well, after some help from NewZ, it was discovered that taxonomy privs
were not given to Super Editors.   Now they are.

Under the Administration menu -> Content Management you will now see
"Categories".  This is how you add topics and sub-topics.  Ask Liz or
myself for help on IRC if you are unsure how to do this.
