Tunisian LoCo Team : Activity report

Hello;
I wrote a report of the first "migration project" in a Tunisian
university made with the contribution of our LoCo team :

This project was very important in our LoCo action plan, as it is the
first time in Tunisia that a known university, the National
Engineering School of Sfax, take the decision to switch all it's
infrastructure to an open source solution.
Actually, our LoCo is invited by other Tunisian high schools and
universities to do the same action.
