[ubuntu-mythtv] MythTV and Ultimate 1.9

I deleted the DVB Capture Card and kept Tuner1. That dropped off all the
Unknown channel entries, which cleaned up the Program Guide. I suppose I can
add it back in When and If I need Input from that part of the card.

I still need some help with Skipping Commercials. I see references to it in
various MythTV documentation, but does it really Skip the Commercials, while
recording a TV show?
