[ubuntu-mythtv] Version in bug reports?

Howdy guys,

Is it possible to have launchpad remind (or prompt) for a version
number when a bug report is being submitted?  It would be fine if it
were a text field that could be left blank, or just a reminder that
goes into the reporting text box which the user could erase or leave
as is...
I'm sure that it would greatly cut down on the bug spam and having to
go through confirming with nearly every bug report what version they
used.
