[ubuntu-my] my win7 disappear from boot up menu after install ubuntu 1104

tried remove the 500 hdd, tried reset boot priority in bios, both failed to
restart into win7... :(
i cant do the repair mbr as the acer didnt coe with any installer dvd.
called acer they recommend doing their proprietary e-recovery but that means
format the c: drive and then copy the default image back to it...
