Bro, is kind of not fair to put a statements like that. Not all GOV official are as what you said. You are one of those few that have first hand experience and I'm sure within that time you have encounter those that are very talented right? There are so many issue that limit their capability to grow further. Rather that point the finger at them why not embrace and try to make changes. We're gearing up to the next 5 years plan let work together and try to fill the gap any gap that we can. So all can benefits from it.

Thanks for the info. I am curious to know if you had any encounters with
Gov officials in this area - IT Sec in specific or IT in general. Was there
any discussion prior to this involving them and did you get a chance to
assess them in the above mentioned areas. I am curious to know to ensure
both Haris and myself are better prepared for future discussions.
