[ubuntu-my] Resignation as Treasurer

Dear Haris,

If memory serves me right, there was no other candidate nominated for
Treasurer. (Getting old. Don't trust my memory. Hahaha.)

Unless ROS forbids it or any objection from members, I feel Frans is a good
candidate.
