want to upgrade.....just press alt + F2 then type 
sudo  "update-manager -c"

but if you still want to upgrade by changing repo list..here my repo...(remember this is mirror,if you want extra software...only main repo provided community softwares  :) ...so change it if you find what you want is community software)
