Thunderbird 3.1 Update

Thunderbird 3.1.2pre should be building in the Ubuntu Mozilla daily PPA
right now:
https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-mozilla-daily/+archive/ppa/

Unfortunately, the i386 builders are really backlogged, so I think only
amd64 and lpia (<= karmic) will build tonight.  Please file any bugs here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-mozilla-ppa-bugs

If there are no blockers during the week, we'll upload to Maverick
shortly after Alpha 3 is released.

P.S.  Unfortunately, lightning still isn't packaged yet.  I will try to
get to this before beta 1.

Enigmail will be updated in Maverick with Thunderbird.
