Yes, i have a ITP open for it (debbugs #528225) upload will happen asap.

I like the idea. So yes, we should do it. preferably guessing the
right depends based off the MOZ_XPI_MOZILLA_DIRS field or even better,
by parsing targetApplication field in install.rdf.
