Bug#531996: icedove: Confusing message about encoding when autosaving drafts

When I am writing a mail, at some point Icedove will autosave the 
message in the drafts folder. Then it will show a long message about 
encoding and give the option to "Send in utf8" along with "Cancel" and 
"Send anyway".

This message is confusing, because it always leads me to think that the 
message will be sent right away, either because I pressed a shortcut by 
mistake or some other reason.

The message starts like:
"The message you composed contains characters not found in the selected 
Character Encoding..."

It should be replaced with something that makes it clear it is just 
saving a draft, for example the button could say: "Save draft in utf8".
