Java Plugins

I'm sending a Print Screen with a message error that occurred when trying to
install Java Plugins to allow me to open a file (option button: "Fases da
Lua") from the site showed on that print.

The message in portuguese says that "No description was found on the plugins
data base. Please report the error to..."

In fact I haven't been able so far to open files from other sites that use
Java and Java Scripts software although I downloaded the corresponding
packages.
