Another heads up about retrace.
First some good news.
apport-retrace now has a -C command line option that lets you store
dl'ed -dbgsyms in a local cache. See the man page for more information.
This should save some time. And, if you have ever used a -dbgsym in the
past it is stored forever... Even if it has been pulled from martins
repo.
The bad news.
-retrace is kicking my butt.
In order to get a good retrace we need to completely recreate the
environment that the reporter had when submitting the report.
The retrace system must have the same version of firefox, all of it's
dependencies, and any shared libaries that it touches.
We then must be able to find -dbgsyms for each of the above packages.
I will be going back into my hole to work on this again this weekend.
