uploading retraces

hey all,

Just to keep you updated on apport.  Currently, there is no way to
automaticlly add an attachment to an existing issues report;(  The
launch Pad team is working on that.  Once that step is in place it will
be pretty easy to modify -retace to reattach the new trace back on a bug
number you pulled it from.
