Update on firefox's clue file and roadmap

Two thing I forgot to mention.  Once you have done a retrace you can
run bughelper instead of opening the retraces.

bughelper -l <launchpad URL>

you may need to run it with the -A -U -p firefox preceding the URL to
check attachments, and upstream. This should maximize our work time
and not require
reading. Lastly, I feel it is almost time to reconsider our bug tags,
mostly for the purpose of bugs like this:
http://launchpad.net/bugs/68230 . Bughelper will spit out "Wrong
Status/Tag-Combination for Status 'Needs Info' " had I not added that
extra tag. What do you all think?
