OK, thanks for the great work. This should help us to better find
duplicates for new, incoming bugs on already tracked MASTER bugs.
Now, how can we keep track of new, not-yet-clued master bugs?
Maybe we can produce a list of masters without a clue rule somehow?
Maybe with the help of bughelper?
