installing -dbg symbols

IMHO this may 'frustrate' those users if we directly mark all those
crashes as duplicated as soon as we recieve them. We should let them a
short time (lets say a week) to see if they can reproduce the bug with
-gdb and if no answer is given then mark the bug as duplicated (which in
fact is an excellent idea).
