flash 9.021 in edgy|dapper backports

I was just looking at some flash related crashes.

I looks like flash 9.0.21 has made it to edgy and dapper backports which
seems to have fixed a bunch of flash related issues.

Just to start weeding out some of the old crash reports, I think that we
can ask the reporter if they can reproduce the issue with the new flash.
If they can not reproduce it lets reject it or if they do not respond
lets reject it.

Sound reasonable?
