bughelper Cluefile

I have got a bughelper working for firefox.  Alexander recommend that we
start by looking for bugs not in valid states as found on

We can do things like 

(Status = NeedsInfo
  AND
Tag = crash)
 AND NOT 
Tag = (retrace or traced)

Let me know what you want searched for, I'll post the results on the
wiki.
